Make money online - what works, what doesn't

Last update: March 2011

Are you sick of deceitful promises and sites that promise to pay out once you earn a certain amount? Or are you just starting out in the world of online earning? If yes applies to any of these at any level, welcome! The thing we have in common is the drive and desire to earn money online.

A guide made just for 100% newbies is at the bottom of the page! Otherwise, I hope you enjoy this succinct guide of paying sites.

The links have my referral number, it's just a little bonus for me in making this review. I'm grateful if you use my referral link.

Below are some sites that work for real. No kidding. And some sites that are unreliable, slow with payments and simply, disappointing.

The Good (with personal experience, I can say these sites conduct swift payments):

Gptreasure
- pay to signup
Proof of payments
Excellent site, no minimum payouts, via Paypal.

The Bad (ones that are slow with payments, especially with non-premium members, etc or never paid, or are simply scams):

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Bux.to - pay to click
I have no idea why it has so many members, perhaps because of all the 'proof' of payments to its premium members (especially large amounts on the news). But, I have found that this site is no longer trustworthy. They promise payment to standard members within 30 days of request. I'm still waiting for payment (as a non-premium) after 11-12~months of request. It seems that standard members are constantly pushed to the back of the line, huh.

EDIT: BUX.TO NOW WANTS YOU TO MEET THE MINIMUM OF $50 BEFORE REQUESTING CASHOUT, SO ALL THOSE WHO REQUESTED CASHOUT AT $10 (LIKE ME) HAVE THEIR REQUEST CANCELLED.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Neobux - pay to click (used to be good until they changed ad clicks from $0.01 to $0.001, one-TENTH of a CENT without warning)
It's complete shit. Don't join, ever!

For those just starting out, this little walkthrough is just for you. The sites listed below are PTCs (paid to click) and PTS (paid to signups) They pay via Paypal and/or Alertpay (an alternative payment processor, just like Paypal, but not as well-known and widely used to pay for things such as eBay products). You will need to sign up to them to get paid. Some sites require you to be Paypal-verified and some sites do not (such as Neobux). After signing up to the sites, you do according what the site is. For example, PTCs require you to click and view ads for 30 seconds, PTSs require you to signup to offers. It's easy! Now you just accumulate your earnings and cashout when you have reached the minimum payout!

Once again, I would like to remind you, the sites I recommended have really paid me, without requiring me to 'upgrade to Premium' to get paid or even invest in them! The ones I don't recommend are the ones that promise pay but have not paid, simply because you are a non-premium.

Update 15 March 2011, bottom line is:
GET A REAL JOB IN REAL LIFE! Earning online is really just disappointing, unless you can refer a crapload of dedicated people who have the patience to click and sign up for shit everyday for years. And of course, willing to let you use them as your referral. I sincerely and simply advise all of you to find a job, or even start a business, anything, just get out there and do it for real.
